Futuro homes were designed by a Finnish Architect named Matti Suuronen in March of 1968.  Many discussions exist around how many were made and exist in the world, I think right now it is about 48 that were made in Finland and about the same amount made abroad for a total of 96. 

Only around 16 or 17 exist in the United States and I think ours is the only one that is for rent as a vacation home!
